I’m so sorry this place is definitely 5 stars not a1! The Lakewood Villa we stayed in 4 th of July weekend was so wonderful for my little family! Plenty of room for my husband and son. Karen is on the ball with everything, she is so friendly accommodating and understanding. We live right in the middle of busy Martinez, GA and there was no trains, no traffic, no loud obnoxious fire works but even if there were this is the place to do it out in this beautiful country setting, where everyone is nice and spread out. We were able to relax and really bond as a family. When they say they have everything they really do, other than getting your own groceries that’s it I completely overpacked everything we needed was there! We hope to make this an annual trip! And the price is so fair for especially summertime!

The Greenes have provided a cozy, comfortable “home away from home”. Our apartment was very clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. Our visit to Savannah Lakes Village was great and Tom & Karen’s hospitality made it especially nice.

When entering the home it had a very charming feel. Loved the sheets… so soft & comfy. They had a welcome basket with all kinds of goodies & a bottle of wine. The stay was so comfortable. All the little amenities were very thoughtful. Also love the coffee bar.

Tom & Karen, You have done a wonderful job of making this placevery homey & comfortable. Thank you for putting us up here and the time you have given us. We really appreciate it. Savannah Lakes Village is beautiful community. The River Grille was really good! Nice people too! 🙂
