We moved away from McCormick several months ago and came back to play golf in a tournament. We knew Tom and Karen Greene as they were our realtor when we sold and we remembered they had these rentals. We couldn’t have been any more comfortable. These rentals are so comfy especially with Karen knowing what the visitors need. Just bring clothing and a toothbrush, everything else you could possibly need is there. We can’t wait for our next return visit because we know where we hope to stay.

I’m so sorry this place is definitely 5 stars not a1! The Lakewood Villa we stayed in 4 th of July weekend was so wonderful for my little family! Plenty of room for my husband and son. Karen is on the ball with everything, she is so friendly accommodating and understanding. We live right in the middle of busy Martinez, GA and there was no trains, no traffic, no loud obnoxious fire works but even if there were this is the place to do it out in this beautiful country setting, where everyone is nice and spread out. We were able to relax and really bond as a family. When they say they have everything they really do, other than getting your own groceries that’s it I completely overpacked everything we needed was there! We hope to make this an annual trip! And the price is so fair for especially summertime!

The Greenes have provided a cozy, comfortable “home away from home”. Our apartment was very clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. Our visit to Savannah Lakes Village was great and Tom & Karen’s hospitality made it especially nice.
