Our guests have the unique opportunity to experience what it’s like to live at Lake Thurmond and be a part of the Savannah Lakes Village community. Our two recently remodeled rentals are ready for your arrival. Upon arrival, we meet you at your villa to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. We provide you with local maps and visitor passes at that time.
You will be greeted with a welcome basket with wine and snacks to help you relax after a day of travel. We strive to provide all the amenities of a vacation. Come prepared with questions about the local area. We have called South Carolina’s Freshwater Coast home for over 30 years and will gladly answers any questions you may have! We offer private tours of the community and area and our agents will show you resale and new custom built homes if you like. You will have full access to the golf courses, tennis & pickleball courts, fitness classes, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, walking trails, and both clubhouses.
We encourage you to pick up some essentials at the local Food Lion grocery store on your way in to the villa so you can get an early start on your adventure on your first morning. We offer a fully appointed kitchen with all the tools you need to prepare your favorite dishes “at home”. Plenty of local dining options are available including Savannah Lakes’ River Grille or Monti’s Sports Bar and there is a good variety of restaurant options in the surrounding communities of Lincolnton, GA & McCormick, SC.
We provide kayaks free of charge for your use and boat rentals are available in the local marinas. Come see why we love to call this home!
